Camber snowboards have an upward arch between the bindings, offering better edge control and pop, making them great for carving and speed. Rocker snowboards, on the other hand, have a reverse camber, or downward bend, which gives them better float in powder and makes them more forgiving. Many boards now combine both for a hybrid profile.
